In the mouth it is balsamic, mineral and at the same time sweet and rich, inviting one to continue drinking until the end. Remarkable persistence. Recommended for all red meats, game, Iberian sausages and cured cheeses. Open and decant 1 hour before drinking. Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC. |
