Important information about ordering, Vino en Casa Fine Wines and Delicacies online.

  1. The privacy and security of our customer is of utmost importance. Your personal information, address, and purchasing records will only be used for your transactions with us. We will never sell or share your information to anyone else. Our website uses the most advanced systems available to guarantee and assure you that your credit card information and address will be secure. Your information will be encrypted using a secured program.
  2. We only sell alcohol to adults over 21 years of age. YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PLACE AN ORDER AND TO RECEIVE IT. Our shipments also require that an adult sign to receive. Proof of age is necessary and obligatory by the delivery carrier.
  3. Shipping and handling costs will vary depending on the size of your order and the city and state we will ship to. If no one is available to receive the shipment, a second delivery attempt will be made. After this, the customer will be responsible for extra charges made by the carrier for subsequence delivery attempts.
  4. Some states do not allow the shipment of wines. By entering your address in our shopping cart, you will know if your state permits deliveries.
  5. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the availability of all the items. At times, we may run out of some of them. In that case, Vino en Casa will make contact with you via e-mail to notify you and will take the opportunity to suggest a similar product. If you place an order and the product is not available, we will not charge your credit card until a substitute product/order is confirmed.
  6. Vino en Casa’s price policy is to guarantee the best wines and delicacies at a low and affordable price to our customers. However, prices may change without notice if new stock comes in with new prices. We guarantee the prices on our website and a list reflects when your order is placed.
  7. If by mistake we ship the wrong product, Vino en Casa Corp. will arrange for the return shipment as well as the shipment of the correct product, at no cost to you. In the case of an unsatisfied order, Vino en casa will offer you the choice of exchanging the product or receiving a refund using the same method of payment.
  8. Vino en Casa will maintain communication with you to inform you of new products, services, and events. Based on your product preferences, we will provide you notification of new products and seasonal specials.
