Excellent tannins rounding. It exhibits a velvety and pleasant feeling of ripe red fruits with a late hint of vanilla and coffee note. Long, persistent and elegant finish. Good with roasts and red meats in general, game and semi-cured cheeses. Should be served between 16º C - 18º C. |
