Fresh, clean and intense aroma of white fruits (apples and peaches) as well as tropical touches with a discrete smoke citric touch. Taste:
Strong but also charming. Complex and well structured. Finally it has a correct acidity that becomes its main stay mixed with certain greasy texture. Recommended for all types of shellfish, rice and grilled fish dishes. Serve between 10º C and 12º C. |
