Shows intensity and power, real grip on the finish, and good depth. The texture has a soft velvety note and the fruit is sweet and tasty. It ends with a slight touch of roasted nuts. Perfect for grilled meats, lambs and cured cheeses. Should be served at approximately 18º C. |
